Dr. Fred Tiesenga received his medical degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1991. He then completed a residency at Metropolitan Group Hospitals in Chicago, IL. He is a Board Certified General Surgeon and a Bariatric Surgeon as well as a Surgical Oncologist and an Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon.

Dr. Tiesenga joined Allure MedicaSpa to expand his practice into anti-aging procedures and medical esthetics. He is certified in vascular lasers, Collagen remodeling laser, Intense Pulse light, Diode vascular and hair removal, Botox cosmetic treatments, Juvederm, Restylane and sclerotherapy. He is excited to join this expanding field of medicine.

I became excited about esthetic (anti-aging) skin care when I started seeing the changes in my own skin.  I sought out treatments for myself to reverse the effects of sun damage and wrinkles.  I was pleased (and surprised) on how my skin transformed for the better. The results made my skin glow and my self-esteem soar! It did not take long to decide that I wanted to be part of this exciting field of medicine.

So, I began the mission of finding the most state-of-the-art treatments for skin and body, as well as, educating myself on various procedures and certifications.  I became very familiar with the latest advances in esthetic medical treatments.  This combined with my nursing background, I am now able to provide excellence in advanced skin care for both face and body.

My team of skilled medical professionals is dedicated to offering safe, convenient, individually tailored and medically sound treatments that enhance our client’s personal appearance, health and well-being.
